  • If you are 10 minutes or later to a piercing appointment without warning, you will be asked to reschedule

  • If you are 30 minutes or later to a tattoo appointment without warning, you will be asked to reschedule

  • If for any reason a piercing that you came in for does not end up happening, you will be charged a $25 service fee

All Minors Require a Parent/Legal Guardian With Valid ID And A Copy Of The Minor’s Birth Certificate Present At The Time Of The Piercing.

Deposits + Client Contract

  • Deposits are nonrefundable

  • Last minute change of design may result in loss of deposit/require a new one to compensate for drawing time

  • Drawings will be sent up to two (2) days before your appointment

  • Deposits cannot be indefinitely held without booking an appointment date or finalizing your design

  • One free touch-up is included within one year of your appointment date

  • 48 hours notice minimum is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit

  • One reschedule is allowed before a new deposit will be required

  • A deposit cannot be left without a design agreed on with your artists

  • Artists will not copy a pre-existing tattoo/design for you, we will happily create something personal and new based on references given

  • If you make any substantial changes to your design, there may be an upcharge or a new deposit required

  • We ask you to consult with your artist about pre-numbing creams before your appointment as some brands can change the skin’s texture which can affect the tattooing and healing process. We will happily steer you in the right direction though, no shame here about numbing cream!
